Our multilingual team is here to support you at every stage of your stay. Whether you need to book guided tours, public transport tickets or use our fax, photocopy and printing services, we’re here to help.
In addition, we offer a free luggage storage service so you can enjoy your day with complete peace of mind.
For your arrival and departure, here are our standard schedules:

Check-in: Your room will be ready for you from 15:00.
Early check-in: Subject to availability – with a surcharge of €20 per hour before 3pm.
Check-out: The departure time is set at 12:00.
Late check-out: On request subject to availability until 3pm maximum with a surcharge of €40.

Transfer service

The hotel provides a pick-up and drop-off service to allow you to move freely. This service is available on request at the reception and for an additional fee.

Free Wi-Fi

To keep you connected when you need it, whether for personal or business use, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas.

Luggage storage

We are happy to offer free luggage storage during your stay at Jill’s. You can drop off or pick up your luggage on the day of your check-in or check-out.

Gym (opening in October 2025)

Le lobby du JILL Hôtel se transforme en espace d’exposition vivant et inspirant. Sous l’impulsion de Talia Butt, propriétaire de l’hôtel, le JILL soutient les jeunes artistes diplômés des écoles d’art de Bruxelles – La Cambre, l’ARBA-ESA (Académie Royale des Beaux-Arts) et, prochainement, Luka School of Arts – en leur offrant une vitrine pour présenter et vendre leurs créations.

Découvrez une sélection d’œuvres en vente, choisies par Yolande De Bontridder et Clémence Prat, dans le cadre de l’exposition DESTINATION(S). Les œuvres sont visibles tous les jours, week-end inclus, de 9h à 21h au JILL Hôtel, Avenue Fonsny 9, 1060 Bruxelles.

CHANGING ENVIRONMENT

UN ENVIRONNEMENT EN CONSTANTE EVOLUTION

Pour sa deuxième exposition, Jill Hotel s’associe au Photo Brussels Festival et présente Changing Environment, une exposition conçue comme un véritable cabinet de curiosités.

Présentées dans un cadre intimiste, les photographies se révèlent des reflets poétiques et analytiques de nos rapports multiformes à la nature. Les artistes invitent à s’émerveiller et s’interroger devant la beauté de notre environnement. Ils initient un dialogue entre l’homme et le paysage et explorent les rapports entre art et science dans un espace propice à la concentration et au calme, un lieu où profiter de paysages possibles, proches ou lointains.
